CATS Basics: Skill Development
Description of Levels
Ages 1-3.11
Beginning at age 1 and walking, CATS Basics is a sequentially arranged skills program based upon the most current research in sports education and fundamental principles of physical growth and development. One and two year olds are accompanied by a participating adult as three years of age begins the separation process and small group instruction. |

Sports Development
Description of Levels
Pre K thru 5th grade
Skill building continues with the addition of strengthening and stretching activities for more overall fitness. Rules and game play are introduced. Multiple sport and specific sport classes are offered. As with all CATS programs, safety, good sportsmanship, fair play and love of sports are stressed. |

CATS Edge: Private Instructions
For those students who need a little extra help in confidence, self esteem and skill development, CATS offers private and semi-private instruction in motor skill training as well as in specific sports. |

For 2.6 - 3.6 Year Olds

CATS provides a nurturing, child-centered setting that promotes all aspects of growth and development. The day includes: Gym/Sports with Skill Development; Dojo Time; Cognitive Development; Music & Movement; Arts & Crafts; Snacks & Stories and just plain fun! |

Bikram Yoga (Adults Only)
Bikram’s Hatha Yoga is a challenging 90 minute series of 26 postures that will strengthen the mind, shape, sculpt and heal the body. Designed for beginning thru advanced yoga students, Bikram’s Hatha Yoga is practiced in a heated room. The heat allows you to work deeper into the muscles increasing flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
